Types of foods recommended are peanut butter, steak, fish, whey, chicken and cottage cheese. These are all rich in protein and will promote hair growth. Other foods don’t necessarily kill your hair but a lack of protein robs hair follicles of the nutrients they need. Don’t forget to drink your water. Drinking the required 6-8 glasses per day can help eliminate toxins and purify your system which helps with hair growth.

Supplement your diet with Biotin and Magnesium. Adding these two supplements helps to promote blood flow to the extremities and increases function of the nervous system. These two things promote growth of the hair, nails and skin. Not only will you have more hair but your skin and nails will be clearer and younger looking.

Massage your scalp everyday to increase hair growth. The best technique is to do this while in the shower.  Spread your fingers all over your scalp and use only the pads of your fingers. Now begin to move your fingers and scalp in circular movements in order to increase blood flow to these areas. Continue this for 5 minutes at a time. It is recommended to perform this message at least 3-4 days a week.
